- Australia Post Offices
  
  Due to the time constraints for these projects all works for these refurbishments must be performed after hours. With a very experienced and knowledgeable installation team, floorscapes has been able to conform to OH&S standards and comply with shopping centre risk management and security procedures.
- Vet west Animal Hospital
  
  Working in conjunction with a fully operating veterinary clinic was the challenge that confronted the team. This emphasized our need to perform swiftly, and to a high professional standard. The project was broken into two stages of approx 150m2 of Gerflor Taralay in each section complete with coved vinyl skirting and wall vinyl.
- Maya Masala/ Sarpino's Pizzeria's
  
  Located in every major shopping centre this food chain consists of a heavy duty commercial grade vinyl adhered direct to the sub floor. The vinyl must fit within strict health and safety guidelines relating to slip resistance so we recommend Altro Safety Flooring in all instances.
- Hammond Road Sports Pavilion
  
  Approx 2000m2 of Forbo vinyl in an array of different colours was installed to this project. The Builder had an extremely concise time frame in which we were able to abide by and maintain our high standard of craftsmanship.
- Morrison Lodge Nursing Home
  
  Morrison Lodge extended there already well located and fully functioning nursing home facility by a further 500m². Now catering for 5 more self contained bedrooms with ensuites, and has a well laid out dining and entertaining area combined with a commercial kitchen.
- Success Primary School
  
  Success Primary School located in Success, Western Australia is a project floorscapes completed in 2008 for Esslemont Building & Civil. Consisting of over 2000m² of Armstrong Accolade Safe Plus and 2000m² of Tuftmaster Carpets floorscapes where able to meet the builders construction programme on time and on budget.

  16 Ord St West Perth. Fit out of existing working environment. Project analysis is as follows;
  
  - Out of hours work
  - Designate area for manageable work load to suit adequate time frame
  - Record and remove furniture from areas of works
  - Uplift of existing floor coverings and remove from site
  - Installation of new floor coverings as per manufactures instructions
  - Return furniture work stations
  - Project completion 6 weeks
